exit strategy? it really depends on the deal itself.

In fact, I doubt the acquisition because Y!Messenger already provides voice-chat service for 2 or more people to have voice communication at the same time. Same service is also provided by Skype.

I guess there are only 2 reasons for acquisition.
1. the skype users.
2. skype VoIP tech is more advanced.
