Recently very busy

Hello, friends and net-friends. My blog has not yet been updated for many weeks because I have been very busy recently. What happened? I start teaching a new class about computer security under an advanced diploma course.

In order to let students understand more, I had prepared lots of materials and past papers as well. The preparation takes up so much time and effort. On the other hand, I also need to take care tutorials of programming.

Sometimes I can find that teaching is the ultimate learning. If you can teach it and the students can understand it, it means you have learnt it, understand it thoroughly and express it in another way.

I hope students can learn more eagerly and understand the principle of "Do more, learn more.", learn by example and learn by experience. Hope they can experience that improve learning by learning itself.

At this age, don't expect too much guidiance. When we learn something, we need to find the hook by ourselves. These hook can be our interest and then they become the learning drivers.

Why we need to keep learning from time to time? It is obvious that we are living in changing world. It is a real world which we need to understand such that we can create a better life.

Many of us do not want to face the problems. These problems would accumulate and becomes the burden. Many of us just blame the situation or the curcumstances without doing anything. It won't attack the problem but the our morale. We should regret that someone is eventually reminded that there are some poors in the city. We should regret that we just hate who has high paid without thinking how we can get better paid.

Hope we can learn that it is a multicultural city. There are various types of citizens and there should been various types of jobs. No one fits for all. Each citizen should have its own way to show its own talent and contribute to the city.
