一個新興市場剛剛成立了4年,過去4年不斷有新人加入,不斷以割價賠錢來做生意.很多公司頂不住便倒閉.新的公司又重複玩這個虐殺遊戲.
小顧客小預算壓價當然是合理.
行外大顧客眼看你們不斷割價,非常高興,忘卻了產品質素.
行內大顧客不理會行業發展,盲目壓價.
無論是香港,是大陸或其他地方,類似情況不斷發生.
非理性的割價賠錢,不僅僅殘殺對手,更會殘殺自己.
整個市場不斷陷入一闕不振的時期.

Kimlayee and Bush are sitting in a bar. A guy walks in and asks the barman,
"Isn't that Bush and Kimlayee?"
The barman says "Yep, that's them." So the guy walks over and says, "Hello, what are you guys doing?"
Bush says, "We're planning world war 3"
The guy says, "Really? What's going to happen?"
And Kimlayee says, "Well, we're going to kill 14 million Pakistanis and one bicycle repairman."
And the guy exclaimed, "A bicycle repairman?!!!"
Kimlayee turns to Bush and says, "See, I told you no-one would worry about the 14 million Pakistanis!"
"Isn't that Bush and Kimlayee?"
